The Framework, Charles Clough. Good night! This is the most comprehensive publication to date in the areas of theology (Biblical and Systematic) and Presuppositional Apologetics.
The Moody Handbook of Theology, Paul Enns. Great introduction to Systematic Theology.
Everlasting Dominion, Eugene Merrill. This book has challenged me in so many ways.
Please pardon all spelling errors.... I graduated from public school.

Free in Christ, Edgar Andrews (Evangelical Press). This book is great for those of us who are in bondage to religion and who think that justification before God is obtained through religious good works or law keeping. If you want to be free in Christ , this is a must read.
Basic Bible Doctrine., Don Fortner (Go Publishing). This book is very useful for those who are ignorant of Biblical truth asnd who want to learn what the Bible teaches about Doctrine. A life changing book.
Grace for today, Don Fortner (Go Publishing). Simply the best daily devotional around. None of the slushy religious junk that inhabits other daily devotionals. Great for those who are spiritually starved.

The Return of the Prodigal Son, Henri Nouwen. I am the prodigal son every time I search for unconditional love where it cannot be found. Why do I keep ignoring the place of true love and persist in looking for it elsewhere? Why do I keep leaving home where I am called a child of God, the Beloved of my Father? I am constantly surprised at how I keep taking the gifts God has given me - my health, my intellectual and emotional gifts and keep using them to impress people, receive affirmation and praise and compete for rewards, instead of developing them for the glory of God. Yes, I often carry them off to a 'distant country' and put them in the service of an exploiting world that does not know their true value. It's almost as if I want to prove to myself and to my world that I do not need God's love, that I can make a life on my own, that I want to be fully independent. Beneath it all is the great rebellion, the radical 'No' to the Father's love, the unspoken curse: 'I wish you were dead' (from earlier in the book). The prodigal son's

THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE HOLY, A.W.Tozer. The very readable classic on the attributes of GOD. Deals with THE MOST IMPORTANT area of knowing and understanding THE VERY NATURE of GOD. Also: a great devotional
THE GRACE AND TRUTH PARADOX, Randy Alcorn. A modern-day classic on helping to sort out the very very important balance between living in grace and abiding in truth. Packed with insight.
THE PURSUIT OF GOD, A.W.Tozer. Another Tozer classic that is best read every two or three years on a fairly regular basis. Tozer really knew what he was writing about. ANYONE would greatly benefit from reading this great book.

Romans: Atonement and Justification - Exposition of Chapters 3:20-4:25, D. Martyn Lloyd-Jone (Zondervan 1971). Few men have been blessed with 'holy unction' as the Good Doctor. He so fully dissects his text from every conceivable vantage, helping us to view every facet of God's glorious redemptive plan, communicating the most profound truths with sound Biblical reason, logic, and pratical application.
Revival & Revivalism: The Making and Marring of American Evangelicalism, Iain H. Murray (Banner of Truth 1994). I started out reading this book simply to gain a better understanding of what constitutes true revival, but it ended up re-shaping alot of my own personal theology and practice. So much of what we do and believe is derived through tradition passed down, and really has little, if any, basis in Scripture. Such is the case with Finney's 'New Measures.'
Word Studies in the Greek New Testament (A Four Volume Set), Kenneth Wuest (Eerdmans 1979). Absolutely indispensible! One of my most frequently used study aids in my library. Somewhat technical, yet doesn't require a toga or a degree in Greek to understand. Wuest many times offers a very unique and refreshing interpretation, but one that you find yourself agreeing with more times than not.

Knowing God, J.I. Packer (Intervarsity Press). It takes me straight to the face of God! This along with 'The Existence and Attributes of God' by Stephen Charnock helped me to think and rethink and then fall to my face in absolute silence. While these gentlemen can not describe the indescribable, they took me further along than I could manage myself. Thank you Lord for the gift of words!
What's So Amazing About Grace, Philip Yancey (Zondervan). Anything written by Philip has been a blessing to me. I have read him since the days of Christianity Today and have found that he takes an infinite, holy and awesome God and makes him knowable, compassionate and patient. This book truly does just that. I know I am only supposed to list 3 books but I would also like to put 'Desiring God' by John Piper as a book that led me to the Joy of God in practical ways. Thank you Lord for men and women with practical insights.
Les Miserables, Victor Hugo. This along with John Bunyan's Pilgrim's Progress gave, and still gives, me a means of using my imagination in the practical application of my study of God's word. I see His love, grace and mercy better in reality when there are shadows of imagination present.
Thank you Lord for giving us so much encouragement from others who point and travel the Way!

The Christian in Completre Armor, Willliam Gurnall. One of the few books that can actually stop me from reading in order to pray.
The Divine Conspiracy, Dallas Willard. All of Dallas Willard's books have helped to shape an holistic attitude toward holiness. THis is the best exposition of the Sermon on the Mount I have ever read.
The Crises of The Christ, G. Campbell Morgan. The first section dealing with the fall is the most masterful and clear exposition of Genesis 3 I have ever read.

The Spiritual Man, Watchman Nee. This book opened me up to the real day to day issue of every Christain. This issue is what is the source of you thoughts and actions? The Spirit or your self? Like no other book I've read this book helps me deal with these questions.
As a man thinketh, James Allen. This book made me realise how important the condition of my heart(mind)is to my life on Earth.
The Purpose Driven Life, Rick Warren. It simplied my life purpose, and provided respite from all the contemporay literature on sucess and achivement
